For many years he worked as a businessman in Uzbekistan, cooking only as a hobby. He has no formal culinary training and has never worked professionally as a chef. He came to prominence by means of a publicity stunt at the Moscow International Book Fair, where visitors were treated to pilaf ''à Khankishiev'', prepared on the street and given away free. His first book, ''Kazan Mangal'', was enthusiastically received. Khankishiev's marketing acumen was also on display at the release of his second book, which took the form of a gala dinner to which film and theater stars, diplomats, businessmen, and journalists were invited. Also in Moscow, Khankishiev held "master classes in eastern cuisine". The success of Khankishiev's books has been attributed to their high production values, stylish design, and a marketing strategy which has positioned them as a prestigious gift item. Moreover, they have won praise for their depth, including not only recipes but cultural and philosophical digressions, as well as a large number of photos. 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Stalic Khankishiev」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
